Description-
First Aid is one of the very important subjects in the training of every nurse today. This book aims to present a concise survey of the concepts and principles which are essentials for the first nursing course. The attempt has been made to present both the essential angles of subject and needs of graduate, undergraduate, practice advance first aid course of nurses, medical students, members of voluntary aid societies, police, ambulance and fire services. Those four minutes should be well established the need for urgent attention to airway, breathing, bleeding and circulation is now widely recognised. The basic principles of the life saving process is now simplified and standardised. Some of our nurses pursue this studies independently, going far beyond the scope and depth of the Indian Nursing Council Syllabus on which this book is based.
